Cinnamon Bay — Restaurant in Hart

Ordered online on Saturday 23rd Feb website said delivery 7.51pm phoned to check that was correct and told that was the time it would be ready. Arrived before this time and paid there were loads of people waiting asked a couple of time to check my order and was told it was coming. Food finally came out at 8.40 PM got home and someone's food was missing phoned to tell them one item was missing and asked them to deliver it and was told we don't have anyone to do deliverys tonight. So we went back to get the food it only took a few minutes to get home it was cold and not up to their previous standards so that and quite a lot of the other food went in the bin. Used to be good, until today. No one answered the phone first time, I rang again and they answered then put me on hold. Then I ordered and got 6old to ring back in 15 mins to pay. I did.

Delivery arrived and it was completely the wrong order! So I rang and they said they would send again, they sent 2 tandoori chicken instead of Chicken Tika Masala and pershwari rice instead of plain rice. I rang them and the guy tried blaming it on us even though the other person witnessed me ordering. Then they say well the kitchen is closed (at 8:30 on a Saturday night. No refund but they said they'll get it right next time. The cheek!

Going to dispute it through my credit card to get my money back good old...

I wish to address the comments of Steven King. I know all the girls who work there and I could not find a more respectful group of young men who work with them and treat them like family and would not hesitate to recommend any of them. They are polite, respectful and genuinely care about the girls who work with them. With daughters of my own, I would happily let any of them work there with no worries in the slightest. Each time I have eaten there, the food and service has been amazing. Keep up the fantastic job you do Cinnamon Bay! The staff bend over backwards to provide the best service...
