KFC Yateley - Reading Road — Restaurant in Hart

STAY AWAY from this KFC Yateley. Ok, a kfc situated in a little village of Yateley. There is on in blackwater. Camberley, Farnborough. How could you get so wrong for so long. I have given you so many chances but now it’s time to speak out. I refer to Yateley KFC reading road Yateley only.

Three piece chicken meal with soft drink. And sim chicken popcorn. Simple order. Time 5 pm. On a week day. Not very busy other than delivery.

Gave my order told that I couldn’t have a can of drink because it was for delivery only. I was unable to carry a loose drink so was forced to settle with a cheap fruit shoot. If you don’t allow paying customers to have a can of drink don’t display them.

Chips, small potion well over priced and yet again cold. Returned the chips to attitudes where they were snatched off me and slung in the bin. Replacement chips arrived with 4 layers on them. You take the piss.

Chicken. Three undernourished pieces. 1 drumstick dripping in oil. 1 small wing. 1 back part. Dried out not edible old left to fester before selling to Yateley public. Took it back again and was greeted with you again. I pointed out my grievances and just one was replaced. Very over priced and definitely not value for money.

My point. Yateley is a little village filled with intelligent people not thick country bumpkins. And it’s time to make a stand until they improve. Order kfc from anywhere but Yateley. Camberley is good. Reject sub standard food and return it.

Your food is constantly cold. Constantly inedible and your staff are rude and un accommodating. Fob you off with second rate food and drink.

Maybe a coincidence that that evening I was violently sick maybe food poisoning.

After seeing ridiculous reviews on here I was reluctant to try this place, I moved to this area a while ago after taking over another local business a mile up the road, the chicken that they serve is as near to perfect as you will get from a KFC, not greasy like other brands that id rather not mention, the gravy not watered down like some of the other places, the staff that work there are by far the friendliest I've ever had the pleasure of meeting, they always smile when you walk in and the smiling faces are seen by everyone walking in after you, some of these bogus and nasty reviews put on here damage small business like this, so what that it looks like a house, and google knowing the damage a 1* can do to the this franchise are happy to leave it on here, google should vet the little nasty damaging reviews the little local businesses need to be looked after, without them we'll all be travelling...

It's great to have a KFC in Yateley, it's even better with the fresh food and friendly staff.

It's always a pleasure to come to this branch, the food is fresh (9 times out of 10 we've been) and the staff are always super efficient and friendly. It's always a pleasure to see the lady at the front counter, I think she's the manager of the branch, always has a great smile.

Not sure why, but the taste is always much better from this branch than others that I've been, I thought they would be the same.

Only giving 4 stars as I think the shop is too small and could do with freshen up a bit. Definitely a nice food shop in Yateley!! Thanks everyone at the...
