Food is OK but used to be much better, especially the burgers were amazing but what I had last time was not a gourmet burger. Unfortunately we were told that our 4 year olds can't eat their packed lunches (as we were not aware of this rule they have let us off this time) this is even that two adult meals and large portion of chips and drinks we ordered and paid for, this was very disappointing and I must say new experience for me. Read moreIf it was my usual experience in this cafe it would have been a 4/5 but sadly due to the rude woman serving today it's just a two.when I ordered sandwiches to take away she rudely stated that she would not bring them to anywhere except to the cafe or veranda I never asked her to as I get take away sandwiches in there most weeks and I always wait out the veranda then when I paid I never got a thank you or even asked if I would like a recipient which I did then she moved on to a next customer when I asked for a copy of the recipient she said I will write you one out in the end I said don't bother.im not sure if was lack of communication due to her not speaking great English but from now on I will take my own picnic.the other staff are lovely although so I may pop bk for a coffee and hopefully not served by her but someone who knows a thing or two on how to speak to people especially customers manners...
