Staying on a campsite decided to go on just eat and see if any food places could deliver. So I came across these guys and placed a order and paid delivery fee of £3. Got a phone call from the delivery driver to say was stuck in traffic just down the lane, asked me if was another way I said I do not know. He then said that it's a 18 mile round trip and I should be paying more then I had. Turned up and he was so rude. He said that next time if he delivers to the campsite we have to pay him as the delivery driver a extra £3. He just complained about the distance and rolled his eyes with attitude. I explained that I placed a order through just eat so that is not my problem. I've paid delivery fee and its your job as a delivery drive to deliver the food. If the distance is a issue then your boss could of cancelled the order at the beginning or update their radius on just eat? Anyway I phoned the shop and spoke to a chap that was very sorry and said that the delivery driver is a current issue. Ordered through website (as its much cheaper than just eat) , went through with an expected delivery time and an order number. Didn't show up at that time. Called them up and they said the website doesn't work (whatever that means) and I'd receive my money back in 24 hours (over 40 hours and still haven't received it). So based on receiving a refund I decided to order through the just eat app, food showed up on time (hour later than the expected delivery time of the website order), tasted fine, but gave me severe vomiting. I've ordered from here before and didn't have this reaction. Don't understand why they keep a website up that "doesn't work", wouldn't be surprised if that's a lie and they received the money. I'll take down this review or at least increase the rating if I receive...

I ordered a kebab and 2 burgers for my children on a school night which said it would take 45 mins. 1 hr later my kids are tired and hungry and the food still hadn’t arrived. I called them up only to find they “hadn’t” received the order(from their own) website )but after 2 seconds of looking they found it. They then said they were out of burgers which they replaced for two small kebabs 1 chicken and 1 lamb. They had also said the driver would arrive within 20 mins. 35 mins later my kids were still hungry and tired with no food. I then called them up again and they quickly told me it’s coming. 5 mins later the food arrived. The food was also half raw and bland. Will never be ordering from here again and please for your own good do not order at this horrible run down...
