Staff seem to be complacent and have no idea about cross contamination of food !!!!! They really didnt care about the fact they had served bacon to a vegetarian. Really disgusting to find bacon on underside of tomato and mozzarella panini, (this happened when it was toasted) being vegetarian and ate most of it before finding bacon underneath . I Wanted to speak to manager but no manager on site. This experience totally ruined our meal and neither of us would have eaten the food if we had known. I should not have to announce to staff that I want my food served meat free as I had already chosen a meat free product. However your staff seem to think.i should tell them I'm vegetarian and want meat free. Came here today whilst walking our dog in Emsworth (10/11/19 about 2pm ish) . I am definitely one of those annoying customers with allergy issues and I do feel sorry for baristas when giving them my order. I have to say though, I was so highly impressed with the customer service here. The lady who served me was friendly and attentive and did her very best to check ingredients in my hot chocolate order - without me even having to ask! I never once felt like a burden!
