Awful customer service! The manager should be ashamed. Visited this kebab shop for the first time as our normal go to was closed and unfortunately not happy with the food at all. The meat was cold and hard which didnāt taste fresh at all and Iām not normally one to complain but since coming online to look at the reviews I think itās awful how hayling pizza are not looking at each of the bad reviews as constructive criticism. Thinking that youāve above a bad review is poor customer service and the responses Iāve witnessed, even if the food was good, I would not be giving my money to this company again. The pizza here is awesome and living on the Island is genuinely the best pizza in comparison to spending a fortune in Havant at competitors who do not deliver. Donāt do that, go and support your local instead.
I was so impressed that someone took my feedback with seriousness last time. They had a polite individual call me the next day also the next time someone came to deliver a pizza for me they wanted to refund the pizza I had before to say sorry. Even though I didnāt ask for any of that I was really impressed. I didnāt take them up on that offer as personally I believe in supporting local communities and not taking money for what was a one off.

When the delivery driver arrive he was aggressive and told me to make sure the correct address was used in the future. I then received passive aggressive text threats from the shop saying they would cancel any future orders if the address was incorrect in the future. I phoned the shop and they are completely dismissive of me could not care less. Poor customer service, they have lost a long time customer.
