I ordered ahead so it would save my time of contact and collection using the app. Had quite a large order. When clicking the "I've arrived" button I saw my number on the screen and waited outside (it was freezing) when it was safe to do so I went inside. I waited 15 minutes before someone said it would be around 15 more minutes for the chicken... (confusing as all they do is chicken so you would think it would be a pretty fast thing??) I said ok and continued waiting. People were coming in and out. There were more people in the store then suggested but I kept my distance. Uber and Just eat drivers looked like they got priority as they hadn't waited as long as others.
My number then left the screen and I still haven't had my order. I decided to question the staff and raise my concerns that my order is no longer there and so they spoke between themselves and was "working on it" After over 45 minutes waiting.. yes 45! I asked again and they wrapped up my order. I checked with the lady to make sure everything was there and she assured me it was.
Eventually got home to corn on the cobs missing 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️
Doubtful I would do the click and collect again. I would rather pay more and get it delivered as they seem to...

I phoned 20 times before heading down there. When I got there was told they may not even have enough food for my order. Was told the money they took from my account would be refunded by 12am the next day. I'm still waiting 3 days later for my money to be refunded. Called them today the 3rd of August to question why my money hasn't been refunded yet and they kept trying to blame my bank and I asked to speak to the manager who was rude and hung up on me. Only when I had paid for my order they said we don't have enough chips to forfill your order would you like another side. I picked corn on the cob and I didn't realise until I got home the corn was ment to been sold before half 7 or they throw it away this was 10pm Sunday evening got home and both corns tasted vile and had gone all brown. Still waiting 3 days later for a refund. This place is a joke. Always understaffed never get orders right and the food isn't even edible will personally make the hour trip to havant kfc instead of this poor excuse for...

I can reassure you that they work very hard considering the pressure they fwel by only having 1.... yes 1.....chicken fryer and also being confined to such a small premises (EXCELLENT GUYS AND GALS, So proud of you all keep up the smashing work) 😊
The team work super hard they really are so very friendly and genuinely, always chatting with customers and uber drivers. Uber drivers ers are allowed free drinks and I'm speaking for all uBer drivers when I say this. Thank you very very much KFC we really appreciate you looking for each and everyone one of us.
