The Spotted Cow, Waterlooville — Restaurant in Havant

Very disappointed with my experience at this pub.

A group of me and my friends went in to watch the football. We had hardly even sat down when we were rudely told to buy drinks. After half of the group purchased drinks and the rest of us were choosing drinks, a member of staff and the manager very rudely and aggressively told us we must all buy premium drinks immediately or leave.

We were shocked and left after 7 minutes as a result of the disgusting and unwelcoming customer service from the members of staff. Truly...

recently paid a visit with my young nephew and girlfriend who are under the age to buy alcohol, i proceeded to the bar and ordered a drink for myself and 2 half cokes for the 2 minors.i was asked for iID for myself which i produced, i was then asked for ID for the minors but i explained why do they need ID if they are drinking coca cola ? what happened next shocked me,one of the other bar staff leant over and said this is not a f.. ..its playground its a pub.i left immediately never visit this...

I called in to this establishment with a friend who live's locally. I found the staff could not do enough to make sure i was happy. The landlord and his wife were very friendly and made an effort to check that every thing was ok with me and my friend through out the evening, the cleanliness of the bar's and of wc's was exceptional and the most important part was the beer and that went down so well with the friendly atmosphere of all age groups that were in there.
