Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hertsmere

It was not my first time to getting a Pizza from Pizza Hut In Borehamwood it’s not a wrong Pizza Hut. I know where I selected to review it. I order a vegetarian pizza. I repeat it twice less than less cheese and I told him make it spicy and put some garlic sizzling on the top at the end, and that’s a third time, it’s happening to me. No chili, no garlic sizzling totally didn’t like the service if I say less than less means, 25%, not 50% and still I have a pizza with too much cheese. I don’t know they got the cheese free. That’s why they put too much cheese. I don’t like the service.

And tell the peoples who works there whenever they make vegetarian, Pizza wash their HANDS Because why some people are vegetarian, they don’t like when the making of vegetarian pizza and before vegetarian pizza, they make some chicken pizza, pepperoni pizza, any kind of pizza they are meat non-veg. Some people don’t like I had a pizza. It smell there is some non-veg things. It’s a humble request to the Pizza Hut. Make sure all the Pizza Hut’s who ever works there. Tell everyone wash their hand to make any pizza all the time if it non-veg as well, I totally didn’t like the service.

We just moved to the area and ordered from this Pizza Hut for dinner and we are shocked with the service and food. We used to live in Harrow and order from Harrow Weald branch and we could never fault their service or food. But the standards at this Borehamwood one are shockingly bad. We ordered a pizza deal with 3 sides and paid extra for the mac and cheese only to be told when we got there that they have run out of mac and cheese, so they substituted for another extra portion of potato wedges. It wasn't a like for like substitution as we paid extra for the mac and cheese. Then the lady told us they tried to call us which is a total lie as nobody tried to call us at all. When we asked for a refund she was rude and told us we have to contact head office and somehow magically they'll just know that we didn't receive the mac and cheese as apparently they've run out at all pizza huts! Total nonsense! We then got home to find that 2 toppings were missing from our pizza and the food was cold and stodgy. A total shambles on service and food. Won't be returning and definitely not...

Absolutely abysmal service and shocking pizzas. I ordered a small Margarita and a Medium Veggie Supreme and I instead received a large margarita and a medium veggie supreme. Normally I wouldn't be unhappy about this, but I ordered this because I am ordering for people who have eating disorders and they require the EXACT sizes so as to not over -or under-eat.

When I called to complain, the manager would not let me get a word in edgewise and was exceedingly rude to me saying "oh people are usually happy to receive a pizza of a bigger size" and when I tried to educate her of this, she wouldn't listen.

I ended up having to shout at her to get my point across, at which point she hung up on me. I am exceedingly unhappy with the service that I was provided with and I do not recommend Pizza Hut at all. If I could give 0...
