ShakeTastic Radlett — Restaurant in Hertsmere

One of the worst experiences that I’ve had at this branch. I was a loyal customer spanning over a few years - still using the old loyalty system. Unfortunately because the company has upgraded to an app I couldn’t redeem my loyalty card. Nevertheless I still purchased a shake, plain snickers flavour . I was handed a shake with a large chunk of unblended snickers inside. I politely made the staff aware, and was met with frustration & response of “snickers is just difficult to blend” After adding more ice cream to my already blended shake I ended up with a very thin Milkshake that had the smallest aftertaste of snickers. We went to shaktastic for a treat after a weddings and it was absolutely awful, the service was good the guy was really friendly but the shakes we're seriously overpriced for what they are and they didn't taste as good as they used to. Unfortunately, I won't be returning as I've tasted much better for much cheaper, save yourself some money and find an independent one they won't coast...

Very bad quality milkshake. It was full of milk, could not taste the flavour of the chocolate at all.
