CURRY VILLAGE — Restaurant in Horsham

Shocking service from both the restaurant and Just Eat. So disappointing as I order from Curry Village most weeks. This time my delivery order arrived and was missing three of the items ordered. So I called the restaurant to raise the issue. No apology, no offer of a replacement (apparently the road was closed despite delivery to me !?!). No refund either but an offer of free food next time! Next time! If you can’t get it right and deal with your (regular) customer(s) complaints, there won’t be a next time. We visited curry village on Father’s Day this year 18/06/2023 with our 7 month old. I have never had a better experience in a restaurant. The food was to die for, me and my partner both trying new currys asking the staff for recommendation and they did not fail. The currys were incredible. We tried the garlic chilli chicken and the Naga chilli chicken dishes as well as garlic rice, naan and a few other bits. Everything was 10/10! The service and staff were fantastic and so warm, welcoming and amazing with our son! The offer and price was also incredible with a 30% discount and free half pint for the dads. As I moved to a new area, I was on the hunt for the very Best Indian restaurant near by in all of the local areas, so had visited a few to try them out. I have to say unfortunately the majority are pretty poor! And it's slim pickings in Alfold,Cranleigh, rudgwick,Dunsfold etc until we come across this little gem in Billingshurst! And WoW 👌 Not only is the service excellent, there food is fantastic. Finally a great Indian 👍🏼 were particularly fussy customers. My recommendations, lamb rogan!
