I went to get food in there to eat this afternoon. The person on the till charge me for egg fries rice of £5 but it should be £4.20p. When they finish making my food. When I saw the food I wasn't happy and I was asking one of the staff is this £5 or it is a joke. He laugh at my face saying yes it is. I took the food out from the bag and show it to him. He walk away without saying anything about it. I walked out and I return back asking them more questions about my food. Their shop isn't clean, they don't wash their hands, using dirty clothes to clean up the kitchen, they are very RUDE and speaking in their own language. I just want everyone to know that. That place isn't clean and they don't know how to talk with their customers. That place is very RUDE and they should close them ASAP before someone's die. Don't get any food in...

Really, poor experience, the food was shockingly bad.. I ate 2 mouthfuls and binned the rest. And then had S&D forn2 days. But it looks like they have had a clean-up out the front since I last was there. Food needs to improve, and hygiene looks really poor from the outside. change your oil it's old and burnt. Fresh ingredients would make such a difference. You will only get a repeat order if the food is good. Fried rice is a brown blob. This is not about what you want to sell. it's about what people want.. it's not cheap ingredients or poorly presented food. Burnt SS chicken balls. It's a brilliant position to have a Chinese takeaway next fish and chip shop with parking right outside, but your reputation is killing you, You can't have 3rd world standards and expect to keep coming back. Was certainly not a golden experience, our order was £70 so firstly thought was rather expensive for what we ordered. However if the food had of been good i would have been happy. The food was terrible. The chicken spring rolls were the size of a biro, with no filling just filo, the prawn toast was so greasy with very little filling, 2 of our choices were wrong as well, ordered prawn balls, got prawns in a sauce, ordered satay chicken skewers, got chicken in a sauce. Worst aromatic duck ive ever tasted, no crispyness, and vile in taste. And the curry sauce and hoi sin sauce tasted orfull. The only item i found edible or nice was the coconut rice. Was very dissapointed..... with the price and quality i shall never be...
