For £30, I am very disappointed by the quality and quantity of food. It was a pretty bad way to end the day.

Whilst I understand delivered food will impact quality, the doner kebab has got to be the worst I've ever tried. It was slimy, anemic looking and wet. When you chewed, it kind of had a texture like jelly/ baby food.

The bbq special was mostly taken up by rice which seemed to be way too salty, the lamb shish was quite dry and chewy. The kofta lacked depth, mainly just salty & chewy. The chicken kebab meat seemed to only taste like salt and no other seasoning. I will give the benefit of the doubt and say it was the end of the day and the delivery probably didn't help the quality of the food.

The food looks very good in the resturaunt and enjoyed the sauces, bread and salad. The traditional stews look delicious. I would personally not eat from Ephesus again but hopefully it is much better in person.

Have been many times to this restaurant but last night the service was very much below par, we ordered white bait for starters and the bbq special for main, the wait was long, then my main came I said we were waiting for our 2 white bait starters, then 5 mins later the owner tried to give us our 2 mains again, again I said no we are waiting for starters his reply was "it's on its way' I said no we want our starters 1st he actually looked shocked he then went away, another long wait to the point we nearly got up and just paid for the 2 beers we had but I said no its ok we'll wait, then we got our starters I had to ask for tartar sauce, this was good food, we then got our mains, well it was not fresh obviously been put under a hot lamp, the rice was cold and the food was barely warm, I ate what we could as I'm sorry I was bot willing to report and have to wait again for my tea. Having not visited this establishment for a number of years I was recomended the new and revised Hill Ephesus experience. Initialy reluctant I was soon reminising on how this latest visit was reminded me so much of my first visit. Nice meet and greet. Good menus range covering all scales of economy, Good quality food, Great service and well worth another visit. Staring on the specials menu with starters and a main all for under £7.00 and honestly the food was good and filling. Chicken rice and salad, excellent and the falafel wraps were were really good too. Definitely going back again soon to checkout the main menu kebabs and skewers. Obviously not the only one enjoying this big turnaround for Ephesus as there were many others enjoying this restaurant. Well worth another visit if you have not been for a while or just trying something new. P.s the Baklava is so good and fresh so don't for get...
