Papa Luigi Dial-a-Pizza — Restaurant in Huntingdonshire

If zero star was possible then it would be that. Under new management/ ownership and its shocking. Orderd 3 marg pizza buy 1 get 1 free and 1 ham and mushroom pizza buy 1 get 1 free so in total should of been 8 pizzas plus 2 cheesy chips and a bottle of coke. Well the bottle of coke was forgot but a driver brung it before our food even arrived. Driver asked me if i was having a party i said no i had just buried my mother and wanted some food. His face dropped! Pizzas arrived and were all ham and mushroom but only 6 pizzas. I then requested to get them changed which they bring us 8 more new marg pizzas but I asked for new cheesy chips as mine would be stine cold because I was busy trying to sort out there mess up. I was told I would get new cheesy chips but they never arrived. Such shocking service and lack of communcation.

Will not be using these again which is a shame as have used papa lugi for many years. They will...

I ordered a large kebab and two cans of coke. Received the wrong drink so I sent these back and the kebab was undercooked. I was really unwell for two days with food poisoning symptoms. I contacted the restaurant for a refund and after two months of back and forth they've offered me a free pizza, not a refund or a replacement meal. Apparently the store is now under new ownership. However it's still a franchise of papa luigi and their head office should do more to keep their customers happy AND SAFE. Considering I've been a loyal customer for nearly four years this is disgusting. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Shocking customer service. I recommend people avoid this takeaway! I have also contacted local food and hygiene to investigate...

Ordered my pizzas, and told it'll be with me in 1hr 15mins, 1hr 50mins later still no pizza, was told it was out for delivery, they'd call the driver and call back. Ten mins later, no pizza and NO phone call. So I call again to be told they're short on drivers and actually my order hadn't even left the kitchen and would be leaving as we spoke and it would be here in 10 mins, nearly 20 mins later and still NO pizza. Called and requested a refund, to be told they understand how frustrating it is for everyone. Requested my refund and the lady told me she'd have to speak to the owner because she does not know how to process a refund....
