CHICKEN OUT MORE LIKE:UPDATE: Today's delivery + food was a disaster so I've changed my 5 star to one star, order was accepted and a delivery time was given, now I understand that firidays is a busy time for most takeaways but come on guys if your that busy why accept the order? On the justeat app I get a notification that the food has been delivered, which was obviously wrong because it hadn't, so rang the takeaway to be told "ten minutes" half an hour later I ring back to be told "15 more minutes" So about 50 or so minutes later than what was originally stated on the justeat app the food finally arrives LUKE WARM! with obviously the driver apparently having no clue🤷‍♂️, (yeah right) they not only sent out wrong drinks the chicken wrap was missing hash brown, they are very quick to charge you silly money for things like dips but are happy to miss key things that they've charged you for, safe to say this is another takeaway that's been crossed off my list and won't waste any more time and money on this place will also deter people from doing the same:Ordered from these guys and was comparing service & food to Allen's (also in accrington) the fried chicken is far tastier than Allen's and service is spot on, I never order once then leave a review, if the food and service is spot on the first I'll go back a few more times just to see if its one those where only first time customers get the good food and service, fortunately it wasn't the case here. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Chicken inn. On Friday, I decided to try their chicken and was extremely dissatisfied with what I received. The chicken I bought was stinking and clearly not fresh, leading me to believe it was expired.

From the moment I opened the packaging, the unpleasant odor was unmistakable. Despite my initial hopes that it might just be a strong smell, the taste confirmed my worst fears. The chicken was not only off-putting but also potentially unsafe to eat.

This experience not only affected me but also my relatives, who were very disappointed that we couldn't provide them with good food. It was embarrassing and inconvenient, and I had to quickly order from another store to make up for it.

Food quality is the cornerstone of any restaurant or takeaway, and serving expired or spoiled products is unacceptable. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Chicken inn, and I will be very hesitant to order from them again in the future.

I ordered from just eat and I selected Jump works in Accrington to order from. I checked when the food was supposed to be delivered and it said it had been delivered. I contacted jump works and they said we don't do just eat deliveries it is chicken Inn. I rang chicken Inn and they said the food should be on its way bearing in mind it was already 1hr and 20 minutes late. When I got off the phone from chicken Inn 15 minutes later the food was delivered. I got the food and checked it to make sure it wasn't cold. The top 2 burgers were not cold but the bottom one in the bag where the chips were was stone cold. I didn't realise this till after I started to eat the burger.
