Crazy Pancho's — Restaurant in Hyndburn

Second time we have had order delivered and second time a resounding fail…

Our order arrived 40 mins after the shop had closed, and over 1 hour late and despite trying to call multiple times with phone going straight to voicemail and attempts to obtain updates via ubereats; we finally had our order delivered by an apologetic owner.

Despite the apology, food was not fit to be served. It was stone cold; as though it had been refrigerated, sloppy and soggy. The order should have been cancelled by the owner if they were (clearly) unable to fulfil.

We are now trying to wrangle a refund from Ubereats whom most likely will refuse, so £40 for inedible and poor quality food - thanks!

It pains me to leave a poor review, but it’s an honest reflection of the service and quality of delivery food by Crazy Panchos…. food quality if ordered in the shop and collected in person is excellent and recommended however delivery services are an absolute fail and the owner really should consider whether they should continue offering...

Today was my first ever visit to Crazy Panchos and I write this review from my heart....

I stumbled across the place after searching online for some place that does Mexican food. I've tried a few places in the area before, and I can say for sure that not a single other place can compete with Crazy Panchos.

From the minute you walk through the door, you're hit with the smell of great food, and a really friendly Mexican environment with pleasant traditional decor and made to feel comfortable right away.

El caballero que sirvió la comida fue muy amable y acogedor, promovió un servicio al cliente increíble y me dijo una recomendación fantástica. La comida es tan sabrosa, sin duda voy a volver pronto.

For those that love this place, share the word and promote businesses such as these, offering services far superior than the food giant moneygrabbing corporations. Help local businesses grow, and give back to places and people like mi amigo aquí......

Wow where do I start? Firstly the owner is full of passion and pride for his business and a clear want and ability to succeed and thrive. His customer service skills are astounding and he will never fail to put a smile on your face. His passion for the food and products he sells really shows. Now the food. Absolutely amazingly delicious. The best mexican food in the county by far. And authentic to the letter. Using authentic mexican produce and such high quality. Next the jarritos soft drinks the mexican cola is better than coca cola and he sells them at such a fair price. We will be back again and again. I would say your prices are too fair and you could do with increasing them as you get a lot for your money so I'm sure no customer would complain especially when it's as good as it is.
