Herd lots of good things about this place only to finally visit and had the worst experience.

The lady who served us was extremely dismissive and rude and then when packing the cake she used her hands without any gloves on I wouldn’t have had any issues had she washed her hands before hand Also she was wearing long false nails.

By law, food handlers must meet strict personal hygiene standards, including hand hygiene. A food handler must keep their fingernails trimmed, filed and maintained so the edges and surfaces are cleanable and not rough. My fave dessert place ever!! (Sorry Kaspas😉you’re now in second place) I must admit them semi frozen cheesecakes are lush and they’re also lush if they are put in the fridge for a while to soften them up a bit (free life tip, you’re welcome hunnies)…cookie dough is to die for and yes i died inside a little when the oven broke the other day (all is forgiven though guys…this time🤣)

All jokes aside…food is lush. Customer service is lush. Staff are lush. Banter they all have = lush. What more could you want?

My other half and I had been itching to try this place for ages. After finally deciding what we were going to have (and it was so hard to only pick one) we placed an order for pick up through the link on their Instagram page. It was very easy to do and I was updated via text. Pick up was seamless and staff were friendly. But let me tell you, this will be the best cheesecake you've ever tried in your whole entire life.
