Only had coffee and it was OK as expected from greggs,, I asked a lady behind the counter if I could use the toilet please love? not being from accrington so didn't want to go find a public toilet ( iam also disabled ) she rolled her eyes but didn't answer me, she slowly walk from behind the counter and opened the door to the toilet , I said Thank you, no reply, didn't even look at me, People from accrington are in general very nice,, maybe this lady was having a bad day,, but is...

Someone must have sold their soul to start this business because I've never otherwise experienced a fast food place that I crave this much. Their steak bakes are out of this world. If I had a baby boy I'd consider naming him gregg after Britain's national treasure. Also if you order carryout from Uber you can get 6 bakes for 8.50. I love...

I arrived during lunchtime rush hour and they only had one vegan cheese and ham roll left on the shelf. I asked a lady restocking the drinks if they had anymore and she smiled and offered to make me one fresh.

Honestly, it was excellent customer service and the people on shift today were all so friendly.
