Tesco Cafe — Restaurant in Hyndburn

This was the worst service I’ve ever had anywhere. I ordered two breakfasts for my partner and I. Whilst we waited just eat continues to continually come in and they were given food before us. After a half an hour wait I asked how long or food would be and stated that I thought this was unfair. The lady at the till reimbursed me for the two breakfasts but not the drinks that we had. I assumed this was a gesture of goodwill as we had waited so long. I asked how long I food would be as my son was coming to visit. She said they are cooking it now. I sat down and waited with my husband. We were sat at the table with no food and no drinks and the lady in question walked past us and so did other staff. I noticed that other people that had come to the café after us were getting their food. I called a waitress over as it was now nearly an hour since we ordered our food and asked when we would be getting ours. To my sheer horror and discussed I was told that the lady at the tail had cancelled our food order as she had given me my money back. I cannot believe that anyone would do this to a paying customer. Would have given 0 stars if it was possible. Came in for a iced matcha latte and they say they have no ice. How? Your cafe is in a massive superstore that sells ice.
