We order from here regularly and their food is fantastic however on our last order we received a plain cheese and tomato pizza instead of a shawarma pizza ruining our meal. We called to ask if we could get the pizza we ordered and in reply we got “we are too busy to send out another pizza however we will keep your details and you will receive a free one with your next order”. We called 2 weeks later to make another order and explained about the “free” pizza. After going through my details numerous times we got told we would receive a call back. 15 minutes later and no call. We call back again and the person who answered had no idea of the previous call and started to ask me all the same questions again which I answered again! He then said I need to speak to the manager. I spoke to the manager who started to ask all the questions again in which I started to get irate and told him I have answers these questions multiple times. He said “ok I will sort it out I will put you on long hold to sort it” I said can it be a short hold as we are hungry and just want to order food. In reply he said ok. 10 minutes after being on hold he comes back and asks did you call to report this incorrect pizza on the phone number you are calling from now? I said yes and he replies with we don’t have this number on record calling us that night! At this point I said forget it I will order my food elsewhere and he said ok! We ordered from pizza uno and that was fantastic! This is such a shame as they have lost a customer that spent a decent amount of money regularly over 1 pizza. Ordering food, though, was a bit of a task like a puzzle game. I just wanted a box of sharwarma simple enough... but took a good few minutes to get right... she didn't understand what I was trying to order, then the prices in the leaflet I had from their counter didn't match their prices on their till 😐 so ended up paying a pound more than advertised price.

It was a fair bit of a wait, seeing that the shop was empty, but it wasn't overly long.

When I got the food in a small stapled paper bag, it kinda felt like a pharmacy for a second. I also was expecting a large carton as I'd ordered regular with salad.

OK, so what I ended up with was a small carton of mixed meat, which was more like a mixed grill as opposed to just mixed lamb and chicken sharwarma. However, the meat was not disappointing. Surprisingly, they managed to pack a whole plateful into the box.

This meant very little space for salad.. there were a few pieces of lettuce... which isn't good enough for me. I've had kobeda kebabs from other places that come with naan and a full separate box of salad for the same price...

There was enough meat for a decent meal for one, so in that respect, it was ok however however, I think the leaflet prices were more accurate.

With the mixed meat, they gave sheesh kebab, chicken tikka, donner and chicken sharwarma.

Updated review. I ordered a chicken fillet wrap with lettuce and mayo and two portions of chips with garlic mayo and chilli. Also I ordered a garlic bread with tomato .The food took 2 hrs and 15 minutes to arrive. Three phonecalls and a driver who had no idea what he was doing or where he was going. I ended up having to speak to a woman on a different street, not even the same number to tell her where to send him. I was stood at the door waving at him when he arrived and he turned around and started driving off. I had to chase the guy up the street as I think he was just going to drive back to the takeaway. So after waiting 2 and a quarter hours, the food was cold, there was no sauce on the chips and there was chili sauce on the chicken fillet. The only thing they got right was a garlic bread with tomato but unfortunately that was obviously also stone cold. I will not be ordering from here again. Things have taken a massive turn for the worst. Possibly the worst experience from a takeaway I have ever had. My advice. Give your money to someone who values it's customers and gets things right. So disappointed. Food hub offered me a £3 voucher but ended the chat before I could accept it. Complete incompetence at every stroke. Avoid...
