Decided to go for a late lunch on a Saturday with my wife and kids, upon arrival we saw there wasnt many others dining so thought it would be a simple quiet bite to eat... how wrong we was!! First of all we chose a table and got a high chair for our 11 month old to sit in... there where no clean tables in the whole restaurant, mess on all of them, mess all over the floor, even the high chair was a state... my wife went to ask for a cloth to wipe the high chair and tables... took around 7 minutes for someone to even realise she was stood at the counter... girl brings a manky looking cloth over, no spray or any cleaning products... gave one of the 2 tables a quick wipe and walked away leaving the table soaked... didnt even think we may want then other table or high chair cleaned altho i dont think id of let her put that cloth near my baby. Anyways on to ordering the food... logged into the app, viewed the offers decided what we wanted, tried scanning the code on the order point machine only to be told the code doesnt exists. My wife tries on her phone, same response... it was at this point we decided to leave and eat else where. I know this was probably a one off, maybe the manager wasnt in that day so the rest of the staff where just standing around clueless without someone telling what to do every 5 minutes... there wasnt very many staff in sight for the 25 or so minutes we was in there before we left. Absolutely appalled at the state of the place, lack of staff and the terrible app experience. Will consider visiting another store next time i fancy a BK... dont think that will be for a while tho, that experience left a funny taste...

And it shouldn't be considering the price, fast food used to be cheap, but now it isn't, so why has the quality slowly got worse but the price has gone up. Yesterday I went to this Burger king, I walked in to order a Double cheese with medium fries and a slush. Unfortunately my slush arrived half full, my burger didn't really resemble a burger and my fries were just scattered all over the place. No sauces as you now need to pay extra and was sent on my way without a thanks or goodbye. Also I had to pay on a screen because no 1 was at the counter, I assume another money making scheme, and no cars in the drive thru so assume the had the staff. Honestly a pretty poor experience and this is a common 1 now at fast food outlets. As a society we seem to have become so numb about the food looking like it was literally thrown together from the other side of the kitchen without a care. And all this for over...

When we first pulled up and went in as all lights on and someone stood in front of counter on their phone we were rudely informed we're closed use drive thru so we went back to the car and did that but just lock the door if you're closed and be nice when dealing with customers, while waiting at drive thru window 2 other lots of customers did the same as we had with the same rude attitude given to them, again lock the door and problem solved. The arguing between them was over a customer who had been waiting in the car park for 30 minutes for their food. Our first visit to this area but will be our last to this burger King.
