Read moreIf there's is one thing that this store is, it's consistent. Consistently terrible. I honestly struggle to give any positive comments. Let's start with the premises, outside is relatively clean apart from the occasional bit of rubbish from crappy customers. Inside however it's a constant mess, even when it's dead, the floors are dirty and sticky, the bins are almost always full, the tables are never fully clean, dirty trays everywhere. Covering them up with promotional pieces of paper does not make them clean again. The area where you get utensils from is either minging or empty, apart from straws, there's always straws everywhere. Let's get to the service; the queues are ridiculously long, even with 10 people waiting there's only one poor sod on the till, but the manager's office always seems ever so full of people avoiding eye contact. Most of the staff look like they don't want to be there, who can blame them. The food is ok, it's KFC, at least when their not out of chicken, and they always seem to be out of chicken even when all the other nearby stores do just fine. But the final straw that broke the camels back was when I decided to come there on my lunch break. After waiting 10 minutes to get served, I order my food to take away and proceed to pay, but there's is an issue with one of card machine, it won't take Android or Apple Pay." No problem, this happened yesterday with this machine" I said, she stood there with a blank look on her face, "the guy just jumped on the other terminal to process my order yesterday, can't you just do that?" I suggested. "Sorry I am the only one serving" she mumbled. "So?" I asked, " sorry I can..." Before she finished giving me her pathetic excuse, after wasting my time and the time of other customers I turned around and swore the holy oath that I shan't ever step foot in any other KFC.
