Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ipswich

For a restaurant that doesn't offer table service anymore there were a lot of staff.

Initial welcome was friendly and we were shown to a table. The air con was on and it was freezing in there.

I went to the bar to order our food and waited for one of three members of staff to inconvenience themselves with serving me. The lady that served me (Alexandr) was uninterested and distracted.

When our food came one of the sides was wrong. The waitress didn't even talk as she left our food.

Pudding was delivered with a smile but still no words.

I wouldn't rush back to this restaurant. Not sure why they decided to get rid of table service but it seems that the staff all have nothing to do now. The whole time we were there the staff were milling about our chatting behind the bar. At one point there were 5 of them standing in the...

I have not eaten at Pizza hut before, so I cannot rally judge against other Pizza huts, however, as a takeaway/restaurant, I cannot really say that I will have it again, it is definitely more expensive than other fast food places, and althou the chicken bites and cheesy bites were nice, the main dish, which is the pizza 🍕 is very basic and dry, mostly felt the same as eating a frozen pizza from a grocery store at literally a 20th of the cost, the cheese definitely does not pull strands as on the photos, and the topings are so few that I could not really even notice that I took a chicken pizza to be honest 🤷🏻‍♂️ the dough was also quite chewy which made it difficult to eat, I unfortunately did not enjoy it much and cannot really say that I will...

Restaurant was clean and tidy, got seated within 5 minutes. They was busy with school holidays being in full flow. Food was the let down pizza was slow coming out and as we had the all you can eat the pizza was gone as soon as it came out because people were waiting. Then when we did manage to get some it was cut into such small sections it wasn't worth going back to the table to eat it. The main pizzas had very little cheese on and my son was left waiting even longer as most of the pizzas out were spicy and no good for a 4yr old. Would I return possibly not when there is other food chains in the area to pick from. But must say staff were very polite and well turned out...
