I've been coming to this restaurant for years and cannot speak highly enough of them. Was there again last night 04/09/24 with a party of 6 for a family birthday and once again it was an excellent visit. One of our party is a wheelchair user which the restaurant can easily accommodate both in terms of access through the main door and seating at the table. The food is always excellent, a huge choice and always cooked perfectly. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you, and it's always a relaxed, enjoyable experience. Absolute and disgracing customer service. one of the most dumbest restaurants i have ever been . Avoid going here . The waiters apparently doesn't even know how to be polite and bloody rude in everything. He abuse you and discriminate you seeing your skin, seeing ur order value . he doesn't even provide mint when requested which he was hiding inside like a thief in his own restaurant and said Mint is not available. When I found the hidden Mint in their bill desk, he said it's only for regular customers and they decide to give what they wanted to. This was my second time having food from this establishment but the first time eating in... I was with a colleague we were shown to a table with nice presentation... until I started looking round to see mould on a painting and grime and dirt over the floor and wall... I ordered a curry and rice with 3 popperdoms and onion bahjij... to my surprise they messed that up... with 2 popperdoms and the bahji were soggy and stodgy... not impressed with this.. then went to the rest room to find holes in the doors and grime up the walls... left disappointed and will not be returning.... I will admit the curry on its own was one of the best I have had just wish the rest of the experience...
