Don't understand the good reviews on this place 11 of us went last night only 2 other family's in service was a joke apart from one young lad the rest was rude including the manager who messed everything up at first they missed drink off the order then when drink came was flat but still ordered food wishing after we didn't got full kids meal missed off our order so the child had to wait while we was eating one Korma had a hair in so sent it back for a totally different curry to be sent out it was very runny and Spivey compared to the first one that was nice so it didn't get eaten when we told the manager he was disgusted that we didn't want it and didn't want to pay for it chicken was very dry and tasteless the best part about that meal was the chips some people asked if they could smoke on balcony outside got told yes for the manager to then shout at them his customer service was a joke I work with food and hate to complain but this was the worst place I have ever been when asking staff for stuff we got dirty looks for one young lad the other was really helpful they hated the fact there was a hair in the food so we wouldn't eat it won't be going there again and would advise anyone eles to go eles were I have had better food and service from the local takeaway I was actually offended by the manager and most...

Let yourselves down last night chilli Lodge!!! Was there as a foursome for valentines night and it was chaos. 1 hour 15 before we got our starter then after a further hour and a half and still no main course we left after paying for our drinks There were people seated before us who were still not served and the management had no clue about who had what. People had there mains brought before their starters. A couple on the next table waited a full hour before they were brought their drinks. Not good enough lads and I think you should have offered a complimentary meal to those whose romantic evening you ruined. Shame because I've dined here many times and been pleased. Don't usually leave reviews but last night wasn't great

Need to point out that when the missus went to pay for the drinks we had (7 pints and 2 glasses of wine) the manager insisted he waved the bill. Nice...

A bit of a mixed sounding review but a negative turned to a positive. Had a great meal overall the mine starter for two and the panoramic were excellent. A mistake was made on our main course where my partner ordered a dish without lamb but the chef also missed the prawns and mushrooms that were supposed to be in it.. The waiter quickly took the dish away and brought a new one along with fresh rice. Unfortunately this time the dish had lamb in it.. My partner persevered and removed the lamb but the waiter took the meal off the bill.. Then layer we were brought anothercurry and nan bread to take home something that didn't need to be done.
