EDIT: Had a lovely reply from the manager - so will take them up on their offer & try them again. Then I will update this review & hopefully be able to give full marks. Time will tell....... Pretty poor to be honest. Staff lovely, but warm sausage roll dry crispy & over cooked & 70% inedible - prawn with extra mayo sandwich - prawns tasteless & mayo thin & watery & not much of it. Beef & onion sandwich with salt - no salt!! So not good at all. If I'd had the time, I would have taken it back...

Super little shop. I was in the area and needed some lunch. Upon entering the shop I was immediately impressed by the variety of products and got a great feeling of community spirit. Finding this little convince was great when all I was looking for was a bite to eat. The coffee was basic and in a lidded cup that had a full covering so was no drink on the go as I had to wait for it to be cool enough to remove the lid as am a spiller and energetic walker. Best sandwich shop in Huddersfield!! My butty is well done bacon, no fat. Sausage cheese, hash brown and brown sauce. £3.80. Always a high consistency of quality. Ordering is the best method as it is very popular. Order, walk in hey presto. Very punctual. If they can't do it in the time you request they will give you the honest time it will be ready.
