Went on a Saturday morning 9.15am waited for approximately 10 mins to get served and when finally did I was told I’d need to wait a further 10 minutes for bacon to be cooked? ... whats the point in having a warmer for it if you don’t cook it... shocking service as there were 3 people there and only 1 person serving so who knows what they were doing. I am writing this review on behalf of a work colleague, this lady paid for everyone to have Greggs due to the fact she is leaving the business and wanted everyone to get together over a Greggs, firstly ‘Just Eat’ delivered the wrong order, then the 2nd attempt the food was cold/hard with items missing! Absolutely useless. This place has gone way downhill since the new management took over. Always massive queues and never enough staff. Never have anything available, even at peak times. Can't count the amount of times I've been in to find no sandwiches or salads in the fridge and nothing but vegan bakes in the "warmer".

Go to the town centre one instead. It's always well stocked and you'll be in and out...
