Arrived to find an empty table in the outdoor seating area with my mother for a much needed after work coffee, I went inside to order our drinks as I was waiting I noticed a couple was complaining they had nowhere to sit, so an extremely rude member of staff shot outside to my mother and said "you'll have to move they have been queuing inside for that table". I told her how rude that was of her she could have been more polite and there was two of them one would surely sit at the table to reserve? she continued to argue with me telling me it's their company policy. No signs up to let us know this. I was unaware that if you go inside order your drinks then have nowhere to sit they will tell someone sat at a table to leave! We was regular costa customers, will take our buisness elsewhere in future. How this person has a job with customers is unbelievable her attitude was disgusting and she removed her face mask to intimidate us further telling us to move away from her. Shocking behaviour from a member of staff. I hope nobody else has to experience this when all you want is a coffee I suggest cafe Nero no problem there we selected our seat, I went inside to order luckily nobody had reserved the table with an...

Apart from the occasional hiccups with deliveries, they always have a great selection on display, although I have my own go-to items that the staff remember.
However, being located inside the Next store does mean I have started spending more on...

After a few minutes, I got a little impatient and told them just to charge a small latte so I could get my daughter her drink. They did apologise for the confusion. If you're looking to get a baby chino,...
