Was looking forward to going here and trying their donuts and drinks but as soon as I walked in I knew it would not be a memorable experience. The bin on the side of the door was over flowing with rubbish. I stood in the que to be served and there was two girls huddled over the counter taking to the cashier. I presumed they was making an order but after 10 min of waiting I realised they was just chatting and not actually ordering anything. The cashier was very ignorant and ignored the fact the que was getting longer and carried on talking to her friends until I went over and asked if they had finished placing their order to which they replied “yes, we was just talking” and then moved behind. The cashier didn’t even apologise and took our order speaking half in English and Urdu presuming I understand the language which I found very unprofessional. Our donuts and coffee arrived and the coffee was good but the donuts not so great Krispy cremes are better. We got the Oreo, rainbow, red velvet and brownie. The Oreo was very hard to bite, the red velvet had a big clump of chocolate inside and the brownie had brownie pieces on top that were hard like biscuits didn’t even taste like a brownie. The actual dough was hard and tasteless and we didn’t manage to eat them all. Then my 4 year old daughter needed the toilet and as soon as I opened the door it just reeked of pee. All the toilets smelt and were dirty, I checked them all hoping one would be clean but there wasn’t. I could not see the cleaning rota on any of the cubicles to check when they had last been cleaned like most establishments do. I felt the staff wasn’t approachable so cleaned the toilet myself and placed tissue on the seat before I sat her down to use it. When I walked out I seen the same two girls back at the counter hogging it again and talking to the cashiers. This place is a dive do not go here especially in the evening not sure what it’s like during the day but I won’t be...

Read morePlease do not come here. I would eat grass before eating at this place after my experience. Me and a friend went here at midnight as we were hungry and hadn't eaten much through the day. This restaurant advertises the fact that it is open until 2AM. We drove about 20 miles to this place and unfortunately we were disappointed as someone came out and said we could not eat inside and that we should use the drive through. I followed their instructions and entered the drive through at around 12.30. We waited at the ordering area for 15 minutes whilst all of the staff seemed to be sat inside eating and not doing anything. They continued to stare at us until eventually one of them developed the courage to speak through the intercom at the drive through. He then proceeded to disappoint by saying that they were no longer going to be serving customers eventhough it was 90 minutes before the advertised closing time. Other customers in their cars were also shocked to hear this news and it just makes the business look unprofessional as they're just highlighting their poor customer service and lack of discipline within their team. I will not be spending my money here and I will be informing people of this experience. This wasted 30 minutes of our time and I wasted my petrol to go to be informed incorrectly by the lazy and frankly rude staff. The staff continued to stare as they were eating the meals that they said they were no...
