Greggs — Restaurant in Kirklees

Much improved over last month or so. Now 4* Have visited a few times recently, and have had a few small issues, missed food item, wrongly charged. A real shame as I love Greggs usually. However, my last visit here was also poor. We turned up at 3.30pm, thinking we may struggle to get a snack with our drinks, but we were truly flummoxed when we were told NO HOT DRINKS?? Apparently, they said they'd no milk, so couldn't do hot drinks. EHUM!! There's a Tesco Express next door. Maybe a trip there could have assisted with milk issue and not lost Greggs money. Ordered online was told they didn't have what I ordered so they had upgraded my drinks to large and added extra sandwich fillings to encounter for the one they didnt have for the trouble after I left i realised the sandwiches I'd requested without butter still had butter on and I returned to ask for a replacement and then the sandwiches I left with were just thrown together with bacon 2...

Now this place is horrendous anyway. Staff are rude as. Some dont even look clean. I go to this place almost every morning for a sausage roll and maybe twice in the past 18months has it been cold. Nail in the coffin this morning, opens 6am, im stood outside st 6.36am with some scratty girl shooing me away and telling me 7am. Wont be coming...
