KFC — Restaurant in Kirklees

Just visited here for takeaway.. Not this KFC even.......I never been to leeds before. It was my first time I visited leeds in my life and not in my mind to visit leeds again so far...... About my experience I ordered for Rice box,burger and some hot wings... I'm not big fan of dropping reviews but unfortunately I must have to dropping here as it was the worst experience of my life. When I placed order at drive through there was a lady who was taking order she wasn't getting my order at spot as she was struggling to listen me anyway my order was quite simple it wasn't a big rocket science or to come up with some algebraic sums..Anyways somehow I placed my order it wasn't a long waiting time that should be appreciated anyway it wasn't busy. I paid for my order and moved out but when I opened my takeaway I tried to find cutleries but failed to find that so decided to go back to get cutleries. I was waiting for someone to get my attention but no one attended so I knock on glass door to get attention Meanwhile I saw someone was dealing with chicken and I saw him eating from that tray.....I felt like...oooo...when he saw me that I m looking at him he walked away and pointed finger towards me by calling someone. When someone came to me I said to him i ordered for takeaway but didn't get cutleries to eat takeaway. When I jumped back in my car I was looking for my rice box.... I found a box but there was no rice... I thought rice would be underneath but there was nothing just slad and some chicken pieces. I was very offended so decided to eat fries....so trust me fries was cold and my drink was hot it's horrifying that they are inverse to each other..... I was struggling for napkins at the end ... Long story short is that my experience was worst.... I wish I could give zero star. About rest of fellow experience they will share themselves. As they were more offended than me.. Ordered a fillet tower box meal and mighty bucket for 1 at 21:27, was told at 21:33 that the chicken wasn't cooked and it would be another 10-12 minutes before it would be ready and to sit down and they would bring it over. First of all I'm unsure how they didn't know that when taking the order and secondly why it took them 6 minutes to realise. My burger was ready and I said I would like all the food together as I didn't want to eat without my partner, they agreed the food would be fresh. We sat down and waited, 12 minutes came and went - bare in mind there was one other customer in here at this time. I saw these people get their food so went up to question where mine was (20 mins after being told it would be 10-12). The person serving us said she thought we'd left, we were one of two parties in there so not exactly easy to lose. When I got my food back to the table, I realised they hadn't given me large like I had paid for and the chips were cold. I got up and asked the member of staff if this was a large chips, she said it was and the manager who was stood next to her said they weren't and gave me more. I later realised I hadn't been given the piece of chicken we'd been waiting so long for! So I again got up and there was no staff, there was one man who had clearly finished his shift but asked how he could help - I insisted he didn't and that I'd wait for someone who was on shift. He went and asked for the manager for me. I really rate this man as he was the only one who seemed to care. The manager came out after a few minutes and eventually gave me the piece of chicken. Honestly cannot believe what I was told when I tried to use the drive thru at KFC! Asked for the festive double bucket as standard however I did not want the festive seasoning on the fries as to be honest it's a little weird, lady on the drive thru said "No sorry you have to have it!" I explained that we did not like it and would prefer normal fries please. She said she would speak to the manager, came back a few minutes later and said "The manager said no, you have to have the festive fries..." Are you kidding me? I know that the fries are made then the seasoning is sprinkled on afterwards. All I was asking was to not put the seasoning on! I wasn't asking to substitute items or change any of the bucket, I just didn't want the "Festive" seasoning on my fries. How un-festive is making someone have something they have specifically explained they do not want? I chose to cancel the whole order and went to MacDonalds instead ... Sorry KFC you've lost a regular customer over some unwanted "Festive" seasoning! What makes it more laughable is the week before, when I tried the festive fries and did not like them, I was given the option of regular fries or festive fries with the same bucket meal 😂 Merry...
