This place used to br a great place to eat from, but rven since the new owners and the women have started working inside its really hard as they get the prices wrong and dont listen, went in yesterday ordered a mix donner naan but the woman said sorry no chucken when there was plenty left !!! She say that its for pizzas now sorry, i could have walked out but.... Decided to order something else, ordered a large donner and chips and wanted a few more items and the ladys is there saying yes £5 please im like hold up i have more yet to order then order 2 chips and was given a price again, i felt soo mad !!! But thats not the worst part !!! Why the recent price increase on burgers and pizzas fatayer

As a loyal customer, I understand that prices may need to be adjusted from time to time to accommodate rising costs. However, this significant increase has made it more challenging for me and, I imagine, other customers to continue dining at your establishment as frequently as before.

Could you please provide some insight into the reasons behind this price increase? Understanding the factors contributing to this change might help me and other customers appreciate the necessity of this adjustment. It’s a pure you guys have gone very greedy, and unfortunately we have took a business elsewhere!! And you should change your shop to call it...

A fatayer I purchased today was very oily from the base. I showed this at the till and he refused to do anything about it. Infact, the bald man (whose name I don't know) brushed it off stating, "oil on the pan probably got on the base", which was a lie as I have bought from here before and it has never been a problem. The fatayer was actually dripping with oil!

They just heated it up more to 'dry' the oil, but then the fatayer just tasted like a biscuit. Very bad customer service - and for this, I deduct all stars. I don't plan on going there again, as I was a frequent yet they treat you terribly nonetheless.
