Came to get a coffee with my sister as per our weekly catch up. We have reusable cups (always have), but this time the lady (ginger hair and piercings) refused to fill mine up because of one drop of water in the bottom of the cup. When I questioned this she became rude and passive aggressive, then proceeded to mutter to her colleague about me and laugh in front of my face. When I handed her my sisters cup she took it from me disgustedly. I understand there are certain rules but the manger herself (Ellie) never had an issue before and never pulled us up on this. I don’t believe I deserved this, and if I knew this rule I would’ve made more of an effort to not have water in my cup. Even once I’d poured this out she still refused, and as we were setting off she slammed the window in my face and delivered a very sassy smirk.
There are so many better ways to deliver these rules and it was so unprofessional of her to act the way she did after I agreed to take a disposable cup. Needs to check her attitude - I myself am in this industry and have never acted this way in front...

Everything was fine until that guy thought to wipe with a dirty cloth our coffee which was leaking out and gave it us dirty and wet still. So before we could ask for tissues he slamed the window shut, as we was calling him back then i had to beep the horn for him to open the drive thru window again. At this point his attitude was horrible and didn’t even speak not even to apologize. Funny thing was we asked for tissues and he gave us one it clean his own mess up. Guess what he slammed the window shut again and all i could see in the back is the girl in back laughing like it was a joke.

Read moreAm a regular Starbucks customer and I've lost count of how many I've been to nationally. Unfortunately this one is local to me.
It is by far the WORST Starbucks in every sense. 4 occasions now the food or drinks have either not tasted right or they've got the order wrong.
What makes it worse is the looks and attitude from the staff whenever I've politely pointed out a problem.
I've just bought a tuna panini for my daughter and it was RANK. it's definitely gone off. We'd already left so I rung them and they said it was still in date. No apology. No "come back and we'll make this right". Just a pause.
I said just letting you know, don't serve that to anyone else. Reply. Okay thanks. That's it, 🤣
