Chicken dish medium usual portion but v. Roti was smaller than usual Lady at counter 2x. No manners. One word sentences commands only with no smile or professionalism. Compared to great food and service below it totally turned me off to have a long hiatus before I come back again. Today sadly really turned me off. Hence from all 5* to 2* now. Sorry. It really was that bad experience. If not for past evidence I give 1*

11/2/23 A great improvement in service & atmosphere with the same super food. Lamb chops melt in your mouth Kulfin ice-cream( heat with chocolate sauce) is unique in taste. The mix starter once again awesome Chicken masala dish I had this time on recommendation from the much improved service from the waiter proactive in service, courtesy & respect like a different person. Bravo.

In the bathroom still the air-dryer is not working with no tissues to dry hand though.

I had a thoroughly stupendous experience.i slept very well from the food.

18/12/2022 nighttime : There are 2 parts to this establishment- the takeaway side and the eat in restaurant side. I arrived about 10.30pm. I understand it's very very busy from noon to 9pm. Adviced to reserve a table during these times.

Plenty of parking space accessible provided some nitwit vegabond not blocked the empty spaces parking horizontally behind them as in my case!

The eat-in restaurant is off adequate ambience. Nothing special.

2 waiters take time to realise I'm at the customary place to wait to be directed to the table and take time after seeing me standing behind the counter to approach me with no greeting and then direct me to a table & place the menu upside down and not where clearly my coat is on the chair my body is moving to sit on!

On sitting & decided to get chicken massalla and meat starter & eye contact the 2 waiters behind the counter the young one bellow in not civilised way what I want & later if I'm ready to order & then what I want to order being several get Give me all away fun me! I ignored this uncouth person and then the older man came & took my order.

Then in couple of minutes the start came very fast accompanied with separate salad & sauce container.

Was it microwave to come so fast? X-men chef!

Well the meat was very very tender and the onion bhaji was divine. It was very hot nice and sumptuously delicious. I loved it.

Now as I'm still finishing the starter the old waiter came to ask if I'm ready for the main dish. Can he not see in still eating with a morsel of food he must have seen just tucked into my oral orifice?!

When I did finish my starter with background music going on, then he had to "rubic cube" with his 2 hands how to move the empty plates from the table and twice with the plate of dish, an empty dirty plate & the plate of 2 roti. It was out from a Charlie Chaplin movie!

He saw placing the empty plates large block dirty on the plate and write eye contact he then raised e if course i am bemused to have this infringe of me. He went to replace it but I told him no need I can eat from the plate if the dish

It was so nice the "chicken masala " that I ordered, but later times or to be" chicken tikka masala" the old man told- ifretted if no E- number Cancer causing food colouring chemical was added!

I made it clear to the waiter I wanted chicken massalla but was given chicken tikka masala! Very poor.

He did come once to ask how the food was half way eating the dish.

Well the fish It was very meaty very tender once again and not oily. Perfect amount of spices. With the fresh wholemeal large 2 roti I thoroughly enjoyed it.

In going to wash my hands before the meal, The toilet Dyson dryer doesn't work. There was no liquid soap in one of the sink only in the other and small amount left just enough to use.

The place was warm but nothing special. Very dated but clean and in good condition the furniture. Shame was TV or decent music that finished half way during my meal.

I'll definitely try once again and go for a different dish and see how the service...

This has singlehandedly been the worst takeaway I've ever had. Ordered a panini, spicy chicken burger and donner in naan.

The donner came without any sauces or salad on it, not sure how you're meant to eat a pile of dry meat, but here we are. Fair enough they gave a tub of mint sauce. Though the thing was so watery you may aswell throw it into a glass and sip it as you eat....try to eat rather.

If you're expecting the spicy chicken burger to have any bite to it, you're better off having some mustard. The thing was as flavourful as mayo, and yet the only thing remotely edible in this whole fiasco. The fillet itself was a flattened joke of a piece. Honestly an insult to the creature that died for it.

The absolute joke of this whole thing was the panini. Usually you'd exoect a panini to have fillings, you know, inside the panini. Instead they're just thrown down into the box, the panini smashed to oblivion and made to look like someone threw it against the wall. Who knows, maybe they did. When I tried to pick it up the thing came apart into three piece, that each also fell apart themselves.

To top it all off the food arrived luke warm. Took nearly an hour to deliver food I'd have been ashamed of if I had made it, and still managed to make sure it didn't arrive hot.

I used to order from oasis and always thought it was a good fallback place to order from with friends. Oh but Holy hell was I wrong! This was an absolute travesty! All I could actually eat in this was a burger that felt like sadness and despair.

Never again, swearing off oasis. You might be thinking I'm exaggerating, but if only I was. A couple pictures to give you an idea of what I had to deal with. And they don't even do it it justice, having to see it in person is far worse.

I'd give zero stars if that were possible. Not...

Ordered from here as had heard good things about the high level of service and top quality food. Spent over €35 on a mixture of starters and my partner ordered a lamb Rogan Josh and I chose a lamb madras along with nan breads and pilau rice. The food was cold when it arrived and the currys looked hideous and had no idea what we were eating because not only did it not look right, it also didn't taste right at all. The we were both unable to eat our curry so tried the starters,.once again we tried to eat the food which was cold, soggy and greasy and I stopped eating and told my partner not to eat anything else and throw it all away. Later on that evening my partner said she had stomach ache and felt sick .shortly after she was sick and had diarrhoea that seemed to get worse by the minute and this went on all night and she was really poorly for the whole week with sickness and diarrhoea .I became I'll the same night and was running back and forth to the toilet all night just like my other half. I firmly believe we had both been food poisoned and wanted to make a complaint to the manager of the restaurant but I don't think they would do anything to rectify the situation and give me a full refund. It's safe to say we won't be ordering from there again .my advice would be to avoid...
