Called in the Huyton branch for few sandwhich es with family. There is new young over weight lad started working in there recently and he’s so rude attitude with me an I saw with other customers. When u repeat urself saying no onions please he sarcastically said u told me once I heared u or when u ask for certain bread he huffs and puffs cause u ask for which one is better. Then hardley puts any salad on and when u ask can I have more of say pepper. He gives u dirty look and ignores u totally and dosent do it. Then he says few sarcastic words. He really provoking you to start an argument with him but I didn’t. If I see him working there each time I won’t go in there again. There is oldish lady ther too who’s been there while. She’s always been friendley an helpfull. The other issue with this Huyton branch. Everytime u try to go in to sit eat majority of times they say take out only cause they don’t want clean the place. And always when u ask to use toilets to wash ur hands to eat even lunch time. U get answer it’s broke it’s locked. It’s issue with water bla bla.and u loose the custom cause I can’t eat with dirty working hands. The overweight blonde guy without name badge heard me and my girlfriend discussing our sandwich choices in our native language and ever since then has been extremely rude and whenever we ask a simple question about the order he starts with ‘because it’s my job to do so’ . He doesn’t follow the company set menu and instead of putting the veggies that are according to the menu stands and stares at us like we have come to ask him for his money or something without saying a word then I realised he wanted me to tell him what to put inside. He throws the sandwiches to the tills and whilst putting the veggies presses the sandwiches with his hands to squeeze them. Read moreFirstly, on the app ( Uber ) I ordered *meatball on Italian, once it was confirmed it was saying meatless on hearty. So I try and contact subway multiple times via phone to correct it, and then I had to call Uber themselves who also couldn’t get through, over 1 hour later my food arrives freezing cold, drowned in bbq sauce and missing the salad and cheese. I get the initial mistake of the meatless order not being subways fault, but this….. 1 hour wait, delivery driver was waiting outside subway for 30 mins to then open my order and be greeted with a freezing cold meal, I could’ve dealt with the meatless meatballs if it was warm, not drowned in bbq sauce and had actual tomato sauce, with the cheese and lettuce and onion and peppers I selected.
