Access to the cafe is very easy as it’s directly from the lower ground floor and there are no doorways . To get access from the main store you either go down the escalators to the lower ground floor ,or as a wheelchair user via the lift . Only one lift in operation when I went .!! The cafe itself is next to the toilet 🚾 area and directly opposite the down escalator from inside the store and not the entrance . I had never been before and the layout is not built for disabled . However the staff were really good . Took my order , sorted out my tray and got me a table I could use . So I couldn’t fault the service at all . For the price tho I thought the breakfast was a little small compared to other establishments , but it was hot and speedily served . It doesn’t have an outlook at all and maybe large posters of outdoors on the walls may brighten up this cellar cafe

FANTASTIC STAFF, SHAME ABOUT THE NEW MENU!!! Saturday is "Cheat Day" so we go to the gym and go to Asda Cafe for a vegetarian fry-up. Today, there's a new system at Owlcotes and a new menu and it's terrible! The vegetarian sausages were changed to tasteless rubbish. The grilled tomato has been changed to canned peeled tomato, you now don't get enough sauces or butter (which has been changed to sunflower spread) for your toast and mine came with a slice of hard ciabatta instead of slices of toast. If this keeps up we won't be eating there again. Even the drinks came with the breakfast so we had to wait to serve ourselves and we could have been doing that while waiting for the food!

Visited here yesterday for a breakfast, we ordered a full breakfast after waiting for 10/15 minutes for our order to be taken, but then got an all day breakfast. When we asked about what we ordered the older lady had a really a really bad attitude, she asked if we wanted to change it but with the way that she spoke it would have been an issue. The staff behind the counter were very stressed and from observation the older lady was the problem with her attitude towards the others too. Totally unorganised chaos. One made in front of us only wanted a hot drink and that took 10 mins to get then another 5 mins...
