Saturday morning breakfast. Arrived at just after 09:30. Only customer in the restaurant. No hash browns available, so had to stick to a Breakfast King sandwich and an espresso. Service was efficient, but hardly friendly. The lady who gave me my order at the counter seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else. Espresso served in a cup way too big for an espresso, which seemed like a bit of a waste. Consequently my drink got cold rapidly. Sandwich a decent size, although the egg tasted plasticky, like it had been microwaved in a plastic container. Cheese also seemed like plastic. Plenty of seating, seemed clean, which it should be first thing in the morning. Plenty of parking. Convenient for my needs today, but otherwise underwhelming. Wouldn't return by choice.

The Home of the Whopper, Burger King was founded in 1953 in the USA. We estimate Burger King has 18,000 outlets worldwide, in over 100 COUNTRIES, with over £1 Billion turnover per annum. In our opinion, BK produces some of the best burger products out there and the fries are no exception, firmer and tasting better than certain other chains. The Whopper, flame grilled and served with fresh lettuce, tomato and the infamous gherkin, takes some beating, for quality, quantity and satisfaction. We visited this restaurant on 29-Dec and were not disappointed. The staff were helpful and the food was freshly cooked. The atmosphere was quiet and the place was not very busy, but we recommend this restaurant with 4-stars.

Don’t get to Burger King as often as I’d like. Visited the one at Elland Road today as a Sunday treat on my way home. Used the drive through which was quick and easy. Burger 10/10 Fries 10/10 Onion rings 10/10 No hot drinks was the only disappointment but you’re lucky if you can ever order a milkshake at Mac Donald’s. Both let themselves down on the drinks side. Take away food doesn’t get any better than this. Lots of parking available and ideally suited for the M62 / M1 motorways.

Traveling with two hungry, impatient under-5's, we placed our order using the BK app to their great anticipation ... but things were not going well when we received an error message instead of a confirmation. Frustrated with technology glitches, not sure if payment had been taken or not and tight on time I was ready to just go elsewhere BUT knowing how upset the children would be, I spoke to someone in the drive through to see if they might be able to find our order. Well the team was brilliant! They understood my upset immediately, invited us to drive round to the window where I could speak face to face with a person (SO HELPFUL), somebody else jumped on to taking drive thru orders whilst Lisa helped me and I was reassured and impressed to see communication and teamwork in action. With a sense of urgency, too. I did not feel like an imposition or a problem, rather I felt like BK actually did care and was doing something to show it. In no time Lisa had sorted a solution, she even took the time to have a friendly word with the much- happier-now children (and me!). When our order was ready she brought it to the car in person so we were able to thank her. 🌻 My thanks were heartfelt. Things will sometimes go wrong - that's part of life - it is how a company responds when things go wrong that shows their actual commitment to their customers. And yesterday, Lisa and the team in Beeston did Burger King proud. Brilliant Customer Service, and much...

Not really sure where to begin with this place. I've eaten here quite a few times as it's the closest Burger King to my house. I can only echo the other poor reviews.

It's rare you'll be served and eating within half an hour of entering, no matter how many people are infront of you.

Food orders need to be checked straight away as they seem incapable of putting the items listed on the receipt into the bag or onto a tray without mistakes (they managed to mess up a white coffee yesterday despite checking my order again at the window).

The self service drinks dispenser is usually filthy and sticky as are all the straws, salt, ketchup etc around it.

That all said, I actually think it's deserving of one star though just for the experience. Don't go expecting it to be enjoyable, go expecting it to be as bad as it is and enjoy what a truly awful mess people can make of something simple.

Imagine you're going to Burger Shot in GTA and you'll enjoy it. They've nailed everything from the litter, half empty kitchen full of unused machines and overflowing bins right down to the docile staff with hats taking your order in a monotone uninterested way.

Seriously, set aside a couple of hours, go and wait inline behind 2 people for 20 minutes, order a large whopper meal with coffee and enjoy the surprise of leaving with a king nuggets meal with fanta, a side of onion rings and whatever else they throw in...

The burger was great. It's the only good thing about the trip. I had to explain what came with an order to a worker because this is the 2nd time they didn't include the nuggets in the £5 burger/chips/nugget/drink deal, which on its own isn't an issue, people forget. The man kept telling me like I was stupid that I had my chilli cheese bites and wouldn't accept that I should get the nuggets and the extra things I paid for on top of the deal. Snatched the bag out of my partners hand to prove he had put the things I paid for in, to walk off like we had inconvenienced him when he realised they weren't there, he then apologised. Went back in for the sauce they hadn't put in the bag and nobody would serve him, just stared him down. The chips and the nuggets weren't worth the hassle either. We gave 2 stars because the burger was amazing and credit should be given where it's due and the issue was the customer treatment, not really the food.. (Bacon junior I think it's callled) We have to travel 5 miles to get to a bk drive thru and I don't think it's worth it if they have no sense of morale from the staff. I get people hate their jobs but customers shouldn't see how much they hate them. I've worked in an airport burger king and I've never seen a fast food place take so long and I knew going in that bk is already the longest wait in any of the big fast food franchises. This was 26/5/19...
