On the last 5 occasions I have ordered from Chickano's Leeds they have either got my order wrong (On 4 of those occasions) and once made me wait 45 mins for 2 burgers.
On the door it says opening time is 11am but they weren't ready to take my order until around 12pm because their food is not ready at 11am. As a customer I expect to be able to order from 11am and not wait so long to receive food so the opening time is very misleading. As compensation for waiting so long I was given complimentary chicken wings which tasted awful and were full of oil.
On 4 occasions they haven't been able to get a simple burger order correct.
I have been to other Chickano's and the service has been good but here it is truly awful.The last time was the last time as I am never going to eat...
Read moreBeen this place today. With Kids travel around 2 miles . I placed an order for burgers and guy was serving on counter eating food and drinking while taking order. After placing order I said want to pay by card guy refused to take card payment and said machines is not working. It’s was not first time last 3 to 4 weeks I been there for food and once in week same statement . When I said to him last week machines wasn’t working still not working. He start laugh and said it’s your bad luck. Without getting food from this place drive to different place for food. Very bad attitude and customer service. Not recommended for anyone who want to pay by card. Because they love people who want pay cash....

The chicken in the Mexicano burger was very dry and very thin but due to the other contents was ok to eat. I had to wait 25 mins for the quarter pounder which resulted in dry, overcooked beef. It was like I was chewing rubber. When i questioned the man who had served me he called the person who had cooked it who said "that's how it's meant to be. It's our most popular burger, our best seller". It felt like they had no interest in the views of the customer and I felt I was just fobbed off without an apology.
