Disappointing. Sorry to say that it just has not been a good experience, twice. On my first visit the starter I wanted was not available so I ordered something unknown for a taste surprise. I was surely surprised when the main course came and not the starter, which never made it to my table. When asking for the bill I asked what happened to the starter. Seems they knew which one it was (and may have prepared it) but couldn’t work out who had ordered it. Not many in that night so should not have been difficult. The other table or mine. Decided to take another risk today - May as well stayed home!!! Which is where I ended up eating. I rang in the afternoon to see if there was space, made a booking. Arrived at arranged time. Only 1 couple dining in so staff hardly stretched. Door LOCKED. I rang to see what the story was. Couldn’t find any booking for this time. No explanation as to why door was locked. Already back in the car and home to eat. Unbelievable.

Went back here as I've had good tasty food before. My friend and walked in at the time to break our fast. We were acknowledged by the lady serving, and we sat down at a table without her even showing us to a table. We waited and waited and waited, for a menu. She just carried on merrily doing something behind the bar. I finally got up 15 min later telling her I needed a menu. Another gentleman then looked apologetically at me and ushered the woman to give us a menu.. her lack of English meant she couldn't understand a simple peri chicken and rice order for 2 with extra chips , so we had to tell her our order twice. The chairs looked dirty, as did the ailing decor. I told her we had come to do our iftar ( open fast) at which she apologised. But didn't offer anything like a piece of fruit or a date . So we waited another 20 min for our order While the meal tasted nice.. unfortunately I will not be considering this place ever again!

Been here lots of times over the years, never been disappointed until tonight. I normally go for hummus but thought I'd try the nachos.. Lovely homemade ones.. (Just tortilla wraps cut into strips n fried we all kno that) WRONG what I got was a bag of Doritos with cheese sprinkled on the top. Horrendous at £5.50.The waitress asked if everything was OK and I told her no and that it was basically Doritos. Next a dish I go for everytime. Its a beautiful smoked haddock and spinach dish. So looking forward after the the Doritos. Wrong.. The dish was ruined by loads of mushrooms. It says nothing on the menu about mushrooms, the dish has never had them in before. I must have picked out 20 I kid you not. Good job I done have an allergy to them.. Just don't like them. I don't know what's happened, we've always had decent food but tonight's offerings where dismal. Waitress was told about it, no offer to change the dish, no apology.. I wasn't expecting a refund just an apology and an explanation. The Doritos tho.. They where...
