A very disappointing visit this week. We are regulars although it’s usually my mum who buys the food as the shop is between our homes. On this occasion the food was made incorrectly. When I tried to bring this to their attention, I initially spoke to the woman who served us but was quickly and aggressively interrupted by a male. He didn’t want to hear my complaint and asserted there was nothing wrong with the order. He hadn’t even looked at it. The exchange was bizarre and confusing and I would be inclined to believe that this person was having a bad day. His behaviour was irrational and intimidating. A bad day is no excuse to make paying customers feel invaluable and even unsafe. We won’t be back. There are plenty of good quality eateries in the local area who accept when they fall short and don’t show aggression toward their female customers for questioning the quality of an item they have enjoyed many times. I have previously left a good review based on the food alone, this experience has changed my perspective on this establishment and I will take my business to another small business deserving of our custom. The food is far too expensive and overly priced for take away food I find better In town centre and cheaper The food is bland no taste really Chips inside the wrap were cold The chicken looks like a a dead carcus of a stick full of grease and oily £10 for a wrap that is medioca of flavour and appealing to the eye doesn't do justice for its over priced wraps OK there big but there nothing to them in flavour And I dont really think this is proper Greek food as I am Greek myself Wasn't impressed at all by the food or pricing but the service was on point I suppose been in a rich and upcoming place like oakwood u pay these prices but be aware when doing so as jist cause it shows a high price and delicious looking food it surely don't taste like Greek chicken gyros this chicken is just like any other kebab chicken in a kebab take away font be fool3d

Through just eat and what does it matter if my first name is not Greek who are u to tell me...

4th visit today 12th Sept Once again great atmosphere wonderful staff team who were very friendly welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable especially the 2 waiter who served us she was new and only just started and she was brilliant & clearly really taking pride in her job, We nade a couple of errors with our orders but she sorted them and dealt with us with a smile even though we had made the mistake The food was superb as always tasty and fresh. The food was authentic hot & fresh off the grill accompanied by some warm soft Pitta triangles and of course some beautifully grilled tender & nicely seasonedchicken . On the side was the very well dressed salad & some very tasty chips that were to die for. This place has a cozy relaxed atmosphere ...It may look unassuming at a glance from the outside as they also have a take away next door. Believe me it is a great spot ...I'm looking forward to a 5th...
