I am sad to say that I have to make a complaint about this restaurant. I am deeply upset by the service I received on Monday evening. Me and my friend were out celebrating and I chose prezzo because I love the pumpkin ravioli there. We were the only people in the restaurant so Im not sure why there was a HUGE mix up with my order. When my ravioli arrived, it didn’t taste the same and the insides of the parcels were greyish. I said to my friend I hope they haven’t got my order wrong for the fish option, shes said no it would smell fishy your fine. I am 35years old, I have been a vegetarian my whole life, not only for the cruelty of animals but because it makes me feel ill. Fish/seafood is totally different I was brought up in a house where no one ate it so it’s something that I find quite repulsive separate to me being a vegetarian. When the bill arrived I saw that it said Lobster and crab and immediately wanted to cry I just knew something was off. I don’t like to complain but I went to the waitress and there was the chef behind the counter and said please tell me I haven’t just eaten fish. She said thats what you ordered twice, but never in my life have I eaten it or want to eat fish! I stood there in shock feeling so upset, the woman eventually apologised and said she would knock it off the bill, the chef just laughed and said the bathrooms that way if you’re going to be sick. I went back to the table and just cried. I honestly could say I felt violated, its not even my vegetarian beliefs its that thats my choice to never eat it and thats now been taken away from me because of the mistake of the waitress. It ruined my friend’s night ruined my night, and I went home feeling sick and so upset. It stills upsets me which is why Im writing this. I find it to be so unacceptable and then to be laughed at by the chef was just plain rude. What if I was pregnant or had an allergy. Taking my meal off of the bill just doesn’t justify whats now being taken away from me. I hope this never happens to anyone in...
Read moreOur work team recently visited Prezzo for a team lunch, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly, and what truly elevated the meal was the outstanding service provided by , Ursula.
Ursula was an absolute gem throughout our visit. She managed our large group with incredible professionalism, patience, and charm. Not only was she attentive to every detail—making sure drinks were refilled, special requests were noted and followed through, and meals arrived promptly—but she also brought an infectious energy to the table. It genuinely felt like she enjoyed her job, which made us enjoy our meal even more.
She had a remarkable ability to read the room—knowing when to check in and when to let us enjoy our conversations. Her recommendations were spot on, especially when helping us decide between starters and mains. Several of us opted for dishes we might have otherwise overlooked, and they ended up being some of the highlights of the meal.
The food itself was delicious—fresh, well-portioned, and beautifully presented. But as anyone who dines out frequently knows, great service can make or break a meal. Ursula didn’t just enhance our experience—she made it. Our team walked away not only feeling well-fed but genuinely looked after. Thank you, Ursula, and thank you Prezzo for making our team outing such a memorable one. We’ll absolutely be back—and we’ll be asking for...
Read moreThe food is okay but the service is poor. I had booked a table for 4 on a Saturday evening at 7pm. The restraunt wasn't overly busy but we waited 20 minutes to be seated. When we got to our table the lady took the drinks order her English wasn't very good and had to come back and check the orders twice. After an hour we hadn't been given any menus we told the waitress when she asked us if we were ready to order. I had wanted the meatballs but they were on the starter menu so I asked for them to come with the mains. Needless to say they came out as a starter on their own whilst no one else had their food and they were cold. They then brought us another tables food twice which we turned away. A hour and a half in we finally got our food. I told the manager that I had asked for the meatballs as a main not a starter and they sent me another one. Cold again. They then failed to bring the kids ice cream that was on the set menu. They charged me twice for the meatballs £14 for 4 cold meatballs! No pasta or side with it! We had to send 3 plates back as they were brought to our table with left over food on! We diddnt...
