Abysmal!! If I could give minus stars I would!

Collected our order, only to find a burnt pizza; cold, stale and rock solid chips; garlic mushrooms looked extremely weird, I've no idea what they did to them, very soggy; the expected impressive 15" pork sausage sandwich turned out to be four regular sausages; and this is the very first time I have ever encountered peas in a spaghetti carbonara.

Phoned to complain, received apologies and replacement for the pizza, chips and mushrooms, but the replacements were not much better than the originals.

The delivery driver couldn't find our house (he called saying he was outside No.57... we live at No.50.... ) and asked us to give positive feedback! 10/10 for trying!

Having spent over 33 quid on this order an apology and replacement of inedible food really does not go far enough! Complete spoiler to what had otherwise been a very enjoyable evening.

We regular order deliveries (weekly) from this restaurant and when we ordered tonight we were given our usual expectant delivery time which was fine. 30 minutes after our delivery time our food had not arrived so I called the restaurant and they said it would be at least another 30 minutes which meant at least an hour late which was obviously unacceptable. When I asked why I was told it was because they were so busy with the “eat out to help out” that deliveries were delayed. I’ve been ordering with them since lockdown and before, they weren’t busy then. Got no apology from the lady on the phone and think it’s rather out of order. Will think twice before ordering again.
