I recently purchased a turkey footlong from your establishment with the expectation that it would contain a variety of fillings, including lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, sweetcorn, pickles, and jalapeños. However, to my disappointment, the sandwich had an insufficient amount of these ingredients. It was quite disheartening to pay for a sandwich that did not meet my expectations.
As a customer, I believe it is important to receive the full value of the product I purchase. In this case, the lack of fillings in my turkey footlong left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. I had hoped for a flavourful and well-balanced sandwich, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
Also at the same establishment a couple months back I had accumulated enough points to redeem a free 6-inch sub. However, when I went to redeem it, the worker told me that I had to make a purchase in order to get the free sub. I was surprised because I've never had to do that before at other subway locations, and it's not stated anywhere on the Subway app. It made me question if the worker was being honest with me.

All the staff couldn’t decide who wanted to make our sandwich, then they were all having a conversation with two other young lads (customers I presume yet talking about work) and the person who made our sandwich was completely incompetent and unable to make a sandwich without pausing to continuing their personal conversation. We had to repeat ourselves multiple times as she just wasn’t listening at all. And then she stopped making our sandwiches so that she could serve her friend who came in after us and jumped the queue. The food was stale and cold by the time she had finish having her little chat. All the other staff members stood by watching until another girl (who was quick and kind) jumped on. Read moreApart from having to remind one member of staff my order 4 times and then having part of the order slightly burnt, my experience was acceptable. I wouldn't encourage anyone to maybe use the toilets, not the cleanest, baring in mind it was the only toilet within the establishment. As per the actual shopping precinct, not much social distancing and no masks worn, both by the staff and the customers. Leading my example may encourage customers to wear masks and follow the guidelines, however when staff don't wear them, then there is no hope. I appreciate staff may be encouraged to not challenge anyone entering the premise, but just a gentle reminder may help, however not once was the question asked.
