Good food, large order, mine wasnt there (it happens), tried giving me another sandwich which was spare that I didn’t like so said no, told me to scrape sauce I don’t like out, said no, gave attitude saying they will bring it but I will have to wait, walked out and was informed that the fat blonde one called me a ‘wanker’ on the way out.

Edited post as unsure on how to respond to the reply: some false information given to you I believe. There was nobody other than your staff member telling me to make do with something I didn’t order to start with. And also I was extremely polite and nice up until the comment was made and had no issue waiting for food? I said where I would be working for when she returned. (with witnesses there to back my statement) I order regularly and never have any issues with food or staff usually. Also there are witnesses as to the comment made by your staff member. I will however apologise for the comment used to refer to said staff member however still stick by everything else stated and the disrespectful comment made...

Took a long time before any food came out.

Had the veggie breakfast that consisted of literally 2 eggs, overcooked hash browns, undercooked mushrooms that were cold, beans and chopped tomatoes, no veggie sausages. It seems there's an additional charge for them to add veggie sausage on there for some reason ??? Nowhere else does that, not even wetherspoons!

I thought the mars brownie might pull back some 'brownie points' alas I was left feeling less than impressed. The nougat was rock hard and hard work making the entire experience a travesty.

Well what can I say 2 slices of cheese and toast 2.45 a slice yes that's right folks 4.90 2 slices. There very hit and miss. Bacon and tomato sandwich is literally 1 bacon slice and tomato juice appalling can't believe how many good reviews. Think they believe there Costa coffee. 2.45 for cheese on toast don't use. Extortionate pricing and Costa charge 2.30 a slice but there's is amazing. Apply for a loan seriously you would be shocked how much 2 sandwiches cost from here don't go large u will have to...
