I normally have a really good experience at trinity kitchen but today I decided to try a new food truck they have called ‘Asian heat Mexican Street’ and I ordered the birria ramen. When the bowl initially came out it looked pretty good and I let it sit for around 2 minutes whilst it cooled down a bit because their food is all extremely fresh. However when it came to eating it I found there was no broth under the noodles despite it being on the menu description, the meat was dry and there was barely even any meat just fat leaves of bok Choi and an excess of noodles. They were dry and sticky and I ultimately couldn’t eat it as I literally got given plain noodles with no flavour. The service was lovely however and the workers were so nice so all they need to work on is their menu items. Please don’t go here and get the birria ramen as I have been left very disappointed and mourning my waste of money since I’m still hungry after eating there. They also had really lovely chips so good on them for doing that...
Read moreThe food itself is very high quality and tasty. The main problem for me is the prices when I'm out shopping I don't expect to pay restaurant prices for quick mid day meals. I'm not saying that the prices don't reflect the quality but I mean the placement of the food establishments is strange. When your out shopping spending money on shopping not alot of people have the money to afford a nice but expensive snack. Because of this I only go to the trinity kitchens for a treat and instead opt for food that's inexpensive when generally shopping for no specific occasion. The food hall itself is very clean and accommodate a decent amount of customer seats. There is one issue with service which is unavoidable and that is the noise when ordering food it is sometimes difficult to hear the staff and the staff to here you when ordering. This unfortunately is unavoidable just be aware that you may need to speak up and listen carefully...
Read moreYou can find here the biggest selection of street food vendors, offering a taste of global cuisine. I understood that the food trucks are rotating every 6 to 8 weeks, but there are also permanent eateries alongside the rotating vendors, so you can always find something familiar if you'd prefer. The place is huge and you can find everything that you want: from pizza and pasta, to quesadilla, Chinese good or Greek food. The vibe is casual and lively, with a lot of seating and beautiful views over the Albion place. Affordable prices for everyone. Really liked the atmosphere. We had a chicken and halloumi gyros from 'Eat like a greek" and were very tasty. I've asked one of the guys serving if they can give an extra pita for the little one because he was craving after mine and he was really nice and gave us an extra pita. The fries from...
