State opening hours but half the time they can't follow there own timetable a number times we wanted to order after the owner said there open Tuesdays called the following Tuesday and they were closed disgusting

Ordered the chicken with rice and noodles everything seemed ok until 3am when I was woken up with extreme pain and vomiting.

This carried on for the a week until my body started to fail due to my Addison disease.

On The 6th day a ambulance was called as I was unconscious and was told I was in a Addison crisis. I was rushed to hospital on blue lights and sirens under a code red and was rushed into resus. Where i remained unconscious until 3pm that day. I spent 2 days in hospital because this restaurant gave me gastroenteritis who put me into a Addison crisis what is life threatening to myself. I contact the company who hung up on me. I believe the health inspector is currently investigating the conditions and the cause of my illness. To this date I'm still waiting for a apology from Beijing.

On another occasion ive waited 2 hours for delivery and was told we lived to far out of lewes when we lived in the lewes high street at the time. The property was 3 minutes walk for delivery.

I'm a classically trained chef with a love for the occasional take away. I ordered a noodle and beef dish with some spring greens (seaweed). The seaweed was over cooked, it was slightly brown and had a bitter taste to it. Being local I walked back and politely highlighted this mistake. I was told I was wrong but they'd make another. While waiting an angry chef (one of many I've dealt with in my long career) waved raw spring greens in my face. This is the equivalent of a chef over cooking lamb and waving raw meat in your face....

The woman in charge then said "well in China we've cooked it like this but the English..." at this point not wanting to hear some xenophobic rant I left.

We all know what Chinese "seaweed" is like, we've grown up eating it for take aways and in restaurants. This however was not so much a bad experience of over fried greens but a horrid example of a failing restaurant taking it out...

Last night we rang Beijing early and asked how much we would have to spend in order to get free delivery instead of a 10-minute walk. This information was nowhere to be found on their website. We would have gone round there and collected our order, but we were told that if we spent £15 we would get free delivery. So after a few beers we rang and ordered.

The next day we realised that we had been charged £27.30 instead of £24.30. I rang this evening to query what had happened. The woman I spoke to insisted that they don't do free delivery and that it wasn't her fault that I was given the wrong information.

When I asked her whether I could speak with someone higher up, she replied, "No."
