Went there today as en route whilst on a walk. The place was very busy and I had to smile as on the menu board there was exactly what I had hoped to find in Seaford . . . A cream tea!!! The nice ladies who were serving explained that we may have to wait a while as they were very busy. But they were so nice and friendly plus the food looked so good that we decided to wait. In a short time we found a table and the cream tea arrived with extra hot water for top ups. The scones were lovely and were perfect with the fruity jam and the cream. The tea was piping hot and delicious. It was really good value and it really is a nice place to sit and relax. Very friendly atmosphere and brilliant service with a smile. Would highly recommend. ...

The staff were lovely. The gentleman who served me in particular went out of his way to help me, even walking me out to get the door for me.
It has a lovely atmosphere and was quite busy, late afternoon on a Friday. It's dog friendly too, which is what made me go in.
I had a lovely slice of cake! I'm looking forward to trying their others.
The mocha was nice, if a little bitter. Unfortunately, I did buy a packet of biscuits and only realised afterwards they contained unsustainable palm oil. Other than that, it was a very nice...

I ordered their full English and was rather disappointed, seemed like they had fried everything in margarine? my plate was swimming in it just completely ruined it.
Not to mentioned the questionable short black ting buried in my scrambled egg.. may have been a hair but 100% sure.
Portion size was rather stingy too I might add.
