Terrible. Incompetent service and poor quality of food compare to other Subway outlets. I love Subway but this is the most disappointing experience. I might understand that they busy but sacrificing the service and quality of food was not acceptable. Delivery through Justeat always late. Standard food delivery time maximum is 45mins but 1 hour and 20mins on our first order and exactly an hour and second delivery. Food is cold when it arrives, stale bread, sandwich could be either you taste the sauce that meat/veg on it or no sauce at all and some items were missing. Taking Action on complaints/investigation was very slow. Getting response from them would be so difficult but thanks to social media to get immediate action from them. Lastly, instead of apologizing and rectify the concern, they will make you feel guilt as well by not providing good service - telling that thet were so busy with a less staff (doesnt customer issue) and some detailed family emergency (there are some things needs to be private and issue not related to...

I'm not one for leaving bad reviews usually, but my goodness did I have a bad experience with them this morning.
Was served food that was un cooked, not just cold but actually uncooked. I asked for it to be cooked as I'm not eating raw sausage and the staff member ,"Lalatch" he said his name was, was rude, argumentative and told me to "eat it as it comes". Luckily for Lalatch I am not an idiot as if I had followed his rude instructions and eaten raw pork he would be facing a lawsuit now instead of just a bad review.
Be careful eating from this branch everyone, the staff are rude and serve dangerous food.
I have the conversation with Lalatch recorded if the manager of the branch would like to hear just how awful this staff member is to customers and the reputation...

Wanted to leave a second positive review in a month after another great visit last night. A few weeks ago they re-sent my solo order for a chicken and bacon footlong with lettuce and mayo out for delivery despite a mistake I made when not requesting it toasted online for delivery. And last night the staff were kind, patient and added more bacon to my other half's order when asked with uderstanding to his bacon desires, no question. They also didn't ask for further payment for the additional bacon and despite his requests, was still happy and wished us both goodnight....
