American Fried Chicken & Pizzas — Restaurant in Lincoln

Still as poor as ever. Would help if they had someone who understood the English language. The processed meat it disgusting and asked to not have ham on and instead have pepperoni, the lesser of the disgusting toppings that are cubed. Surely pepperoni can't go wrong. Anyway still had cubed processed ham and some weird tasting thing I can only assume as chicken because of what I ordered. Garlic mayo has a dreadful taste to it, not pleasant at all and the pizza my partner and I managed 1 slice each before we binned it. They're happy to help but their lack of understanding English let's them down massively. Everything seems a chore. Asked to keep the garlic cool in the fridge and they thought I was wanting garlic mayo on the pizza base... that's it now no more trying with their food I'll use elsewhere now. I actually feel sick off the 1 slice of disgusting pizza. Never again and if I could give zero stars I would. Avoid...

I heard many great things from this place from other cities and decided to try it here however i was very dissappointed with the results. The service from the delivery man was absolutely disgusting, his attitude when we were confused has of why it wasn't the orignal price (delivery tax that wasn't mentioned online). When we got the food it was cold and soggy, the container that it was in was completely soaked (with oil)and wasn't sturdy at all to hold the food. The spicy chicken wings that we ordered weren't even spicy and there was many parts of it that was raw and red that you can see from the meat itself. The skin was also soggy and peeling off the meat which wasn't what should happen with a 'fried' chicken. The best part of it was probably the free garlic bread. Very dissapointing as I heard many good things from this place. Hopefully nobody else has...

Have used for a few years but recently, the food has gone downhill. What's worse is that I posted an honest and fair review on their app stating that (which was still 4 stars in total when accounting for 5 star price and delivery, but 2 star for food quality) and within half an hour of my review going up, it was deleted.

DONT TRUST THE REVIEWS ON THEIR OWN APP! They don't like negative/constructive feedback.
