Will not visit here anymore. Staff offer you a drink literally before you've ever sat down and even put money into the slots to try entice you to put money in the slots and keep you in there establishment. Quick tip, say hi, and wait at least a few minutes, 5 minutes max before offering people refreshments. It sounds robotic, and desperate. It is never busy in there ever. Staff sit there watching you put money in the machines, and watching you play the games and give you no privacy in the slightest. Literally feel staff breathing down your neck. On two occasions I have been in, inparticular a visit in the last couple of days, you hear staff at the counter speaking about machine margins, profit and gross win. Do you really need to listen to that when you are sat playing their games? Surely there's a time and place for these chats. I'm sat there feeding money into your machine, and all I hear is about a couple of thousand pound you've paid out over the last few days. I really am not surprised you aren't busy in there. Main reason being you don't give customers chance to enter and even settle down before asking if they need or want a drink. Asked if we wanted a drink immediately upon entry. They don't even act like that in places that primarily sell drinks so it's clearly a ploy just to get you to stay a while & feed the machines.

The machines are all the "modern" type that you can play on in any pub so it's a bit pointless really.

Wasn't a single person in the place when we went. I doubt the machines get much play so won't pay anything out.
